Pre-Registration Information
We are excited to offer pre-registration for Network Conference, available both online and in paper form. There are a couple things to note before you get started. In just a few minutes, you can take care of your Network Conference registration as well as purchase any luncheon tickets and childcare spots with ease.
Please note that if you are registering as a church delegate, you must return the delegate form found in this packet along with your registration sheet in order to complete your registration. Please send a check or fill out credit card information to pay the total owed for the luncheons. Registration will not be complete without full payment.
The following is a list of events that are available for pre-registration in addition to Network Conference. If you pre-register for any of these events, you will pick up your lanyard, name badge, and tickets upon arrival at Network Conference.
Celebration in Honor of Bill and Dori Welch: The banquet will be held on Monday, April 29th, at 6 p.m. at the Egan Center (555 W 5th Ave Anchorage, AK 99501). The cost of tickets purchased by April 21st will be $35 per person. After April 21st, the cost will rise to $45 per person. Full tables of 10 seats can be purchased by April 21st for $350.
Next Generation Luncheon: Tuesday, April 30th, at Muldoon Community Assembly. There is no cost for this event, but you must pre-register to receive a ticket for the luncheon. Everyone can look forward to a variety of sandwiches and wraps, along with a sweet treat, provided by Peppercini’s Catering, while hearing the NextGen vision for Alaska from our Children’s, Youth, and Chi Alpha directors.
Youth Leaders Connect: Youth leaders are welcome to join DYD Ryan Gluth for an after service event on Tuesday, April 30th. Details will be announced at a later date. There is no charge for this event, but you must pre-register.
Alaska Women's Luncheon: Wednesday, May 1st at Main Event Grill - Club Room (1041 E 76th Ave #1A). Our theme is "Captivated: His Love Captivated Me", Elly Marroquin is our featured speaker, and the cost is $25. Ladies can look forward to a joyful time including a burger bar lunch, encouragement, friendship, and prize giveaways!
Men's Ministries Luncheon: Wednesday, May 1st at Anchorage First Assembly (1540 C St Anchorage, AK 99501). Come hear Rick DuBose speak while enjoying delicious food. The cost for this event is $25 and the giveaways will be plentiful. Kid's Lunch Activity: Wednesday, May 1st during the Men’s and Women’s luncheons, at Anchorage First Assembly (1540 C St Anchorage, AK 99501). This lunchtime will be a special activity for kids (ages 2 - 5th grade). Kids can be checked in at 12:15 pm and can be picked up within 30 minutes of the conclusion of the luncheons. The cost is $5 for each child attending. We are unable to provide childcare for this event for children under two years old.
KidMin Leaders Connect: Wednesday evening, after the service, Children’s leaders are invited to join Pastor Pam for food and fellowship in the CMC at MCA. There is no charge for this event, but it will be helpful if you pre-register.
