As a Network we will gather on Monday April 29th to celebrate the years of service that Bill and Dori Welch have given to the Network. This banquet will be held at the Egan Center (555 W 5th Ave, Anchorage, AK 99501) in downtown Anchorage. The cost of tickets purchased will be $35 per person or tables of 10 tickets can be purchased for $350. If members of our Network would like to attend but cost is prohibitive, please reach out to Brad Kesler to see if assistance can be provided. Childcare for children two years old and up will be offered on site at Egan Center, pre-registration required. You can pre-register for the Celebration either online or with the paper form found in this packet and pick up your tickets when you arrive at Network Conference.

Alaska Ministry Network Conference
The Network Conference general sessions, Tuesday through Thursday, will be held at Muldoon Community Assembly (7041 DeBarr Road Anchorage, AK 99504), beginning at 9:00 a.m. daily. The evening services will also be held at MCA at 6:00 p.m.
The registration table will be open at 8:00 a.m. on Tuesday. There is no fee for registration and everyone attending is encouraged to register. Included in this packet is the pre-registration form in which you can register at your convenience instead of coming early to register at the door. Online registration is available through April 21st at www.akministrynetwork.org.

Continental Breakfast
Our host church, Muldoon Community Assembly, will be hosting continental breakfast for us Tuesday through Thursday mornings during Network Conference in the gym beginning at 8:00 a.m. There is no cost to join us for breakfast, but please let us know in registration if you are going to attend so we can best plan for food.

Car Rental
The Alaska Ministry Network has a corporate contract with National Car Rental.  If you are booking through National or Enterprise, you may use this account.  You would need to sign up for their rewards program (Emerald).  The account code to use is "AQT514U."  This contract includes a Damage Loss Waiver.

Brad & Susan Kesler Reception
After the credentialing service, there will be a reception to congratulate the credentialees, as well as honor Brad and Susan Kesler for their years of dedication to the Alaska Ministry Network. Brad Kesler has worked in the Network Office for the past sixteen years as the Business Administrator and served on the Presbytery as the Secretary for the past nine years. Join us in the gymnasium for light refreshments to celebrate their ministry and wish them well on the next phase of their journey.  Everyone is welcome to bring cards and tokens of appreciation to the reception for the credentialees and to honor Brad and Susan.
